Ms. Duong attended law school at Queen’s University, where she contributed to the Queen’s Journal and became actively involved as a volunteer for Pro Bono Students Canada and as a caseworker for Queen’s Legal Aid.  Ms. Duong received her J.D. from Queen’s University in 2009 and was called to the Bar in 2010 after articling with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in Toronto.  Prior to law school, Ms. Duong attended the University of Western Ontario, earning a bachelor’s degree in Managerial and Organizational Studies.  Ms. Duong enjoys traveling and learning new languages.   She is currently working to improve her conversational Mandarin and has traveled to China several times to pursue her interest.  Ms. Duong joined Levine Associates in 2010, where she practises in the areas of immigration and refugee law.   She assists clients with their negative immigration and refugee claims, ensuring that every file is given a comprehensive assessment for the best possible chances of success.
